    They do recommend storing them open with both valves open. Which means you got to make sure the animals can't get to it. Under a bed, behind a couch, standing in a closet, those are the spots I use.

    I use an exped megamat. I like it except it takes up a lot of space. If you are packing a lot of gear, I'd get something else.

    If I were you, I'd look at a complete lift from Metalcloak or Clayton Offroad. You could also do a frankenlift, but you'd need to do a lot of research on what you need to get what you want out of a lift. Do a few searches. There are plenty of posts on lifts.
