Yeah. I was shocked too. It was fine before the bumper and winch. I bought the Jeep with a hardtop and tow package and it came with springs 189 and 190 in the front.
I have a 23 Rubicon XR and have added some weight to it. Currently it has:

In 2024 I Resolve To Offroad with Metalcloak!
To fulfill my pledge I need:
1. 2.5 Game Changer Suspension with Fox shocks
2. MetalCloak HD Steering System Fox Edition
3. Jeep JL Wrangler, JT Gladiator, Baller Joints, HD Ball Joints, Full Set
They do recommend storing them open with both valves open. Which means you got to make sure the animals can't get to it. Under a bed, behind a couch, standing in a closet, those are the spots I use.

If I were you, I'd look at a complete lift from Metalcloak or Clayton Offroad. You could also do a frankenlift, but you'd need to do a lot of research on what you need to get what you want out of a lift.
Do a few searches. There are plenty of posts on lifts.
I've been checking this out. It looks like exactly what I want, it's just more $$$ than I want to spend on a net.
