Mine is opposite my thin cable is hooked to the L shaped bracket on the battery. When I hooked up just the L shaped the Jeep mmmm started but had a check engine light on. And the remote start didn't work. When the thicker wire is hooked up everything works fine.

Went with the motobilt inner liners also.

Not broken. Have to trim the plastic a little more or take out the rest of the inside of the fender. Haven't decided if I want to remove that yet. You can pull that whole trim piece off. Then looks cleaner. Most likely will do that in the spring when I put the rear liners on. Getting cold...

Not too bad. Make sure you have some quality bits. Harbor freight one lasted one hole , then dull. Went to Lowes and got better ones

Got the liners on after chopping the fenders, installing Quake led DSL and washer relocation kit for the diesel. Love the new look.

Pretty easy install. Had to drill a hole in frame for bottom mount. Now can install the inner fender liners tomorrow.
