The way mine is wired I have a disconnect right behind the passenger seat belt trim and another between the rear glass/hatch and the back of the passenger roll bar. I could unplug in about 10 seconds and it’s good to go. There’s a separate harness DD sells that’s made for wiring to the AUX...

@dragoneggs Howdy, dragoneggs! Yep, they mount right over (errr.. under) the Willys OEM sliders which I prefer. If you zoom in you can see the OEM sliders. Also, I don’t have any other pics of the DD light bar, but here’s a link that has some good pics...

Had a good pal help install a couple of Black Friday purchases: 1) @GOAT FABRICATION Rock Sliders 2) @Diode Dynamics 30” rear hardtop light bar. Lovin the heft/stoutness of the Goat sliders and the illumination to the rear of the Jeep is better than I’d hoped for. Wired the light bar to AUX 4.

Thanks, @JLeco2022. I am trying to figure out a functional solution - and to learn. Would you recommend front bumper mounted lights? Besides the glare issues others have mentioned, does it give a better overall sight picture?

I hadn’t thought about planning for a bracket that could mount 2 per side, but you’ve given me food for thought…

Hello, the board. I knew since I got my Willys that I’d eventually get some additional forward lighting, but I also knew I’d only want two A-pillar LED lights. No plan to put on a roof light bar or any bumper pods (I do plan to get Diode Dynamics rear hatch-hinge mount light bar for illumination...

Will keep an eye out for if/when the 2-door version comes out. Looks very good.

Added a dual cupholder from Etsy seller. Now I can use my usual daily water bottle that wouldn’t fit in the factory cupholder while still having space for drive-thru drinks for me and a passenger. 👍

I have the iPad mount from them and I’m pretty sure I recall their site saying to not use a longer arm length than small.
