I wanted the Trailgater table but I watched the price go up and up since I first looked at it and instead went for the Rough Country one as well. I figured if it broke, I'd get the Trailgater then. It hasn't broken in 9 months and while I don't use it super often, when I have, it has been so so...
Just want to say, in your source, the vehicle theft rates really haven't increased that much in the last couple years. It looks dramatic on the chart but that's just because of the way it's presented. From the lowest at 2014 to 2021, it's only a difference of 53 cars per 100,000 cars stolen...
I was planning to get the Redline brand they have on Amazon. $99 right now. I see the cheaper option for like $60 but I figured it would be not as good.
Thanks for the info!
Hi all, with the holidays approaching, I'm getting a lot of people asking what I'd want as a gift. I've seen threads for under $20-$50, but I'm curious what are some good upgrades, mods, and accessories for under $100?
Thanks, and happy holidays!
I live in Florida and honestly, if they made a 2dr 4Xe I would jump on it. I love my manual in my current Jeep, but I only drive 20 miles a day usually. It would be perfect for me.
I personally really like the 2.0T Jeep offers and while the 3.6L is getting a bit old, it runs so well and I've...
The USB would be fantastic as well as better motor options, I don't really care for a larger screen (Not a big fan of screens in cars at all). But I completely disagree about the 10 Speed. The 8 Speed currently in the automatic is a gem of a transmission. The ZF transmission it's based off of...
I live in FL too. Stock gearing (3.45) on a 6MT Sport S 2dr. The 3.6 definitely doesn't have the low down torque of the 2.0 so that's probably how you're getting into 8th so easily. We Floridians are a bit of an outlier in the Jeep community cuz we don't have nearly as many hills or...
I have the hard top but bought a soft top (bestop trektop). I have space to store the hard top though. If I didn't and were ordering again, I would probably go soft top but first talk to my dealer about what it would cost to have the wiring installed for later. The soft top is just too much...
This company is building a sleeping platform for the JL 2dr. They currently have one for the JK and it looks awesome!

Do you know if you can order the padded upper arm rests? That's one thing I've been looking for but when I go to mopar's website, it looks to list the armrest as the same for all trims.
Thank you. I thought that was the case now. I'm assuming his spreadsheet is taking the rear axle from the base manual Sport S and that's why it's giving it the M220, whereas the base Sahara only has the M200. But if he gets the LSD, they are the same.
While I am 100% sure the larger brakes...
Is this with the auto transmission? The manual comes with the M220 and auto comes with the M200. I think your spreadsheet has the default transmission options and not the adjusted ones.
Putting the LSD on makes it the M220 either way though from my understanding.
I laughed out loud at your example because that's exactly how mine feels too! I just have a Sport S though. It's been 17,000 miles so I assume it's alright.
Sucks you had to go through this but it sounds like your salesperson is a pretty cool guy. Struck everything off the agreement despite his manager. Hope you enjoy the Jeep!
I live in Central Florida and got a hardtop initially. I wanted a soft top for the same reasons as you (confidence with the afternoon showers). I ended up getting a Bestop NX last month and LOVE IT! Best purchase I made for my Jeep.
My cousin got a JT Sport S Diesel and he and I both love it. Great power, great handling, 28mpg, and all the fun of a Jeep. Yeah, it's not a truck, and yeah, it's not a Jeep. But if you want the fun feeling of a Jeep and the utility of a truck, there's nothing else like it. What other truck...
2dr Sport S Manual. I get about 22-24 combined. 20 if I'm just in the city. 25-26 if I'm going 75MPH and up to 28-32 going 60MPH.
I live in Florida so there's like no hills. I went out to Arkansas and Texas last month and got 24-25 HWY. It was like 19 though when the 30mph winds were...
I took some double sided velcro straps and wrapped them around the seat belt and roll bar where it attaches. I have a two door so I'm not sure if this will work for 4 door models. If people are interested, I can post a pic later. Let me know.
