I noticed this wire/connection hanging out today when I got home. I noticed it right away, which makes me think this is new. Any ideas?

I have owned my Jeep for exactly one year this month. In January I got my first major crack and had to replace the windshield (thankfully I have windshield insurance!). At end of February I got two stars in the windshield and had them repaired immediately to keep from a major crack happening...
