Thatās a great video. Looks like great fun. What are you using for those fuel containers on the side and how is it secured if you donāt mind me asking?
They are an easy swap and sturdy enough. As everyone here has already mentioned they are functional as a step but not super wide.
Only thing I would add is they are a little pricey. The best price I got for mine was from BAM Wholesale parts. Great service and would recommend them.
Thats a nice rig you have there(think i have said that before in another post :) ) You should do a build thread or a rig walkaround
So the rear awning is mounted on the rack there? For some reason i was thinking they could be mounted on the rear hinges(still learning here..new to the wrangler)...
Hi Steven, One thing i noticed was the bars on the Mule rack don't have any t slots for mounting accessories. How are you able to mount the rotopacks or other accessories? did you end up drilling holes to put mounts in? I really love the way this rack looks but am hesitant due to the lack of...
Thanks for the review. I have been looking at these and the performance rails myself and just ordered the performance rails. 1600 is a lot for those though. I Found a decent deal on them. But these looked good for their price. The only thing that bothered me was the big quadratec logo š
Great build thread. Did you get the mule rack? I have been eying that and one thing i notice, at least from the pictures is that the bars donāt seem to have any mounting slots like t-slots or such for mounting accessories. Wondering how you plan on mounting stuff like Cargo boxes or traction...
Congrats!!! looks awesome! Always loved that color! And looks like you picked a fine weekend to try out some of its capabilities! :D Have a safe drive back home!
Ha. The instant torque is the love part of my love-hate relationship with tesl cars. I love it.
Charging rates vary wildly across the board and in my recent round trip to Milwaukee from the Ny area I can tell you the cost was close to what I would have paid using regular gas In a modern similar...
I agree with your thought process totally. Ours is the awd long range one I believe. But yeah so much for 35k. By the time we actually purchased with options it was already close to 60k.
I hear you. same here. We have done smaller road trips up to 8 hours before and that was ok in non freezing weather. Anything longer is just painful.
We are keeping the Tesla as my wife loves it. Have had a few bmw two seaters over the years but arent road trip capable vehicles either. Will be...
yeah ..and add cold north/north east weather to towing , I wonder what the range would be.
We recently did a round trip CT-WI in freezing temps in our model 3. The range was abysmal. And the misery of charging every hour and a half for half an hour is not something I want to go thru again.
I...
They handled everything for me when I picked up a couple of weeks ago - gave temp tags/registration and will handle the CT registration. CT doesnāt need inspections so donāt have to worry about that.
