Do the "stock" inserts work fine with the XR package? Or did you order the 14" inserts? My wife ordered me the TLP with the "stock" inserts for Christmas, and I was planning on putting it together this weekend. I've got a 2022 JLUR-XR and could not get a response from TLP. Thanks!!!

It sucked! I was impressed with Koons price and the process was reasonable when I arrived for pickup, but I had a certified check to pay for it so they knew I wasn't adding anything. As for their communication, I'd honestly give them a 3 out of 10. Good luck and post pic when you finally get it.

Agreed! But, why can't they send the Purchase Order??? :headbang: Is it that they are playing games and want you to do financing with them? There's a reason they have such high interest rates and offer you $1K to finance with them. :giggle:

Correct, that's very different (I got that too) but it does not include the necessary information for a bank to "validate" the vehicle they are providing a loan on, and who they are purchasing it from. I totally get why the bank needs it, my frustration is why Koons cannot put it together and...

Wish you worked at my credit union, as they will not do what you're saying. LOL They will not set up a loan without having a Purchase Order (they need vehicle information).

You can't get an official purchase order until they take possession of the vehicle.

How long after they sent you the email saying your Jeep had been delivered to the dealership, before they sent you the official Purchase Order?

I can't look around until they send me an official Purchase Order... Multiple emails and multiple calls and nothing. :angry:

Has anyone else had issues getting Koons to send you a copy of the Purchase Order for the vehicle you ordered once it arrives at the dealership? You cannot set up your own financing with the bank of your choice without it.

Ordered 12/13/21 and finally built on 6/16/22. Was supposedly shipped, and expected delivery was today, July 4th..... Today I switched to KZLD: In Transit- Delayed. Assuming another week, and we will be at 7 months. Unfucking real Stellantis! :angry:
