Are you sure the adjuster knob on your stabilizer isn't what's contacting the cover?? I had the same problem with my teraflex adj stabilizer and arb diff cover.
Will this be compatible with the 24 2 door? I have the fronts in my 21 JL now and love them. I would really like the option to have the seat anchor holes and the sub cut out. cutting those thick mats never comes out very clean looking.
Front pair WHITE with Premium uppers. Has proximity locks Includes upper door storage bag. Doors are ceramic coated also. Hanging on the wall in the garage. Im in Florida near Ocala 34474/34442
Absolutely love this. have since Mopar teased us with one w few years back at Easter jeep I believe it was. I hope they never build this because then ill have to trade my JL in and I really like this one:CWL:
There is no reason a hydraulic clutch should be introduced to air if there is not a leak somewhere. it is sealed like a brake system. That would be like saying you need to bleed your brakes every oil change. If you remove the slave you may be able to use a spray lithium grease down the fork...
Alignment pins on my full doors and don't care for the nuts, but with the half doors I have to use the nuts because when removing the upper portion the doors wants to pull off the hinges. Slightly added Security with the nuts on the half doors too.
No better adjustability than the fox 2.5 for all future mods made. Ride comfort is never going to be an issue because of the very large scope of adjustability. You can either be too soft for your liking or to hard and everything in between. The position of the adjusters make actually using that...

Looks like the started circuit is being controlled by something else like a kill switch. Is there anything under your dash on either the driver or pass side like a Lease monitor or possibly someone had a DWI blow and go device installed. Just a thought.
I put a half inch load leveler kit in mine with 295/70/17s. swapped shocks out for fox 2.5s. love the ease of adjustability. helwig bar in rear, fox 2.5 stabilizer, JKS track bar, Synergy sector shaft brace.
21 JLR 3.6L. ride and steering response 100x better.
I assume your talking about the screw that's holding the end cap of the door handle? If so, that screw doesn't really come out. I'm sure with force it could but it should not just fall out. use a flashlight to look into that hole and see if the torx is still there
