    Ok what are best tires for 2018 Rubicon JLU with 37x12.5x20 in" wheels. 3.5 in lift. 70% highway driving 30% offroad. Have procomp right now pretty noisey on the pavement. Thanks.
  2. Dash screen and monitor with icons say lockers are connected. BUT ARE NOT CONNECTED!

    So that will fix the screen to show that the lockers are unlocked? I just had both sensors replaced by jeep dealer and I mean just replaced.

    My 2018 Rubicon JLU screens say my lockers are locked but my mechanic has checked, double checked and they are not. They lock, then unlock it's just the screens on the dash never say unlock, just say locked when they are not. Jeep dealership said they can't figure it out why either? Any ideas...

    Well the sensor where covered and then the Jeep tech found a few other things and ordered parts under warranty. When he went back to put everything together he had trouble. He never asked if the jeep had been regeared. SO when I picked it up I had $0 pay and the tech said take it to the shop...

    Ok, Lockers light came on while in 2 wheel drive. I take my 2018 Rubicon JL with 47,000 miles to the Jeep dealer to check it out because I still have 6 months left on the 5 year power train warranty. They ordered new sensors and other parts under warranty. The jeep tech was having problem...

    I ordered the EVo and they also sold me a valve to replace oil pan drain plug you slide lever and it drains thru a rubber hose. Just have to see if new part has correct plug threads.

    All great advice. Im just thinking middle of nowhere and you punch hole in engine oil pan or tarnny. If break something else you could at least still run engine for heat and comfort until help arrived!!! I have 4 in lift and 37in tires I do not plan on hitting anything but never know.

    The factory gas tank plate seems strong and the transfer case is ok.........I think to start Ill just do the engine / transmission. Thanks for your input.

    I'm not an extreme crawler but in offroad situations on moderate roads are skid plates on the Transfer case, engine and transmission enough? I guess more for the peace of mind!

    Is there any reason not to seal up the tailgate louvers to keep dirt from coming inside my 2018 Rubicon JLU?

    SO get the iron steering box or just add the piece that reinforces the box? Jeep pays for the replacement??

    I bought it used but the guy may have had the jeep dealer install the lift kit.

    I don't see stickers on my springs and other items for lifting the Jeep. I know it has Fox shocks. Anyway to really know the make/manufacturer of the kit? I measured the springs and it's about a 3.5-4 inch lift.

    I hear the steering box bracket is weak and the steering knuckles can not wear good once you lift the vehicle and put on bigger tires.
