You can disconnect the aux battery and jeep will run fine. Won't have ess and a dash light on, but can drive like normal until appointment.

Going through process now on my 2018. Dealership initially said claim was denied. I called jeep and got it pushed through. Dealership said even though the corrosion is only on doors and hood, they may repaint the whole vehicle. That would he ideal, just don't think it'll happen.

Under the fuse box where the positive cable connects down to aux battery.

Found a loose connection, lmao. Seems to be fine now. Thank you for all the input.

This is my daily driver. After doing nothing and sitting all last night, fired right up this morning. Going to replace both batteries today and see if that resolves the issue.

Still no luck. Checked all the connections and fuses. The battery reads 12.0 when I try to start it.
