Interesting, mine will not go into 4cyl in OR+ no matter what I do. It’s a 2022, which I’ve heard other 22s do not into 4 in OR+. In normal mode it goes into 4cyl all the time.
Curious to what others think about drivability in OR+. When i'm in OR+ driving at slow speeds or in traffic the Jeep is extremely jerky. I can only use it when driving aggressively or using manual shift. If I give It a little throttle in 1st and let off the Jeep lurches to a crawl. I have an XR...
Bringing this thread back to life. I'm averaging around 240 oil temp when i'm having some fun, not super aggressive driving but harder than normal. Seems high but also seems that's pretty average. Anyone else want to weigh in?
From 6-5 and 5-4 the downshift is rough enough to make an audible clunk, makes it very hard to brake with consistent pressure on the pedal. When on the gas in 2nd and then release right before it would go into 3rd it clunks into 3rd. Also very confused and rough shifting at low speeds.
I’ve taken it to several transmission shops and they all agree that there is some kind electrical/programming issue with the transmission. Dealer keeps saying there’s no issue. It just seems odd that the fuse isn’t doing anything (or anything obvious) and may point to a diagnosis. Just...
Having some shifting issues and wanted to see if resetting the TCM would help. I pulled the F08 fuse, started the Jeep and to my surprise there was no warning or CEL at all. I even shifted into drive and nothing out of normal happened. I triple checked that I pulled the correct fuse. Does this...
Thank you for the great video. I’m currently having some rough shifting issues with my 8spd, with 7K miles on it. I have some concern that it may have come from the factory low on fluid. Seeing that I only have 7K miles on it I don’t want to do a full fluid and filter change. My thought is to...
I do have the etorque which i thought was supposed to help smooth shifts... And yes it seems like mine is only happy when i'm driving it hard. I have learned to live with it but some days it drives me crazy and i just want to get it fixed.
