Thanks. Itās the Rugged Ridge Arcus. I have the rear stubby as well. I had the Mopar front and rear steel bumpers on my 392 and while I liked the look of those, I wanted to go a different route when replacing the plastic bumpers on this Rubi. Especially at a fraction of the cost.
I have untuned Fox 2.5 DSCs on an otherwise stock suspension Rubicon XR at the 2nd notch from fully open, and I think they ride phenomenally. Iām on C-Load 37ā KO2s at 34 PSI. Definitely an improvement with no added roughness from the standard XR shocks. I agree with potentially having them...
They will fit. I had the ARB diff covers for the ānormalā Rubicon M210 and M220 on my 21 392. Currently have the AEV diff covers for the M210 and M220 on my 23 non-392ā¦ same diffs.
I run a Warn Epic fairlead on my Arcus. I think all fairleads made for truck and SUV winches have a 10ā gap for the bolt holes. Just make sure you arenāt ordering an ATV/UTV fairlead and you should have plenty of options that will fit.
It was diff cover day for me as well! Added the front and rear AEV diff covers, and installed the Injen high tuck axle back exhaust. Highly recommend the exhaust for those that want the clearance without adding too much volume.
I actually edited my post to say thanks, because those measurements you edited in were exactly what I was looking for. Shouldāve been more specific in my question. Cheers
Obviously, all things are going to be subjective. To answer your question, Iām looking for a ābetterā ride for myself both on and off road, which I feel like a quality adjustable shock replacement could do for me. Iām okay with the height of the XR lift and the lack of travel, I would just...
Has anyone replaced their XR shocks with no other plans for suspension mods? Iām curious as to wether people are ordering for 0-1.5ā or 2-3.5ā lift (Fox for example). Thanks!
6 months after selling my 392, I picked up my new Rubicon XR 3.6 last weekend and have an appointment to get my new wheels and tires put on this Friday. Selling the set of 5 like-new XR wheels, tires, and TPMS. They will have about 200 miles on them when swapped out. I would prefer pickup versus...
Thanks. Iāve got a potential buyer from this forum, but Iām overseas for work until the end of the month. Iāll update on here if the sale falls through.
