For me it was cheaper than getting the Bestop, that's why I pulled the trigger on the Mopar. Got it at $795 from a local dealer, I just had to go pick it up. And yes I believe it's the same design/material as Bestop.

Just bought the Mopar sunrider and can confirm that it's already rebranded. Has small Jeep logo tag on the passenger's side, and the mid section clamp holder has a jeep figurine/relief. Didn't notice any Bestop branding at all.
