Today I dropped it off at the dealer to replace all the door hinges on my '19 JLU as there is a S**T load of corrosion on all hinges. Also above the windshield there is some massive corrosion. 2 years old and she is flaking out on me! Sheesh!

I went doorless this summer in ONT and got pulled over. I know I needed mirrors and the police officer was very good about it. Just "educated me" that I needed mirrors and let me off with a warning. He also wanted to make sure my dog was properly secured in the jeep. He was.

Unless something really sticks out on your jeep, they will not likely pull you over for the stubby bumper. I asked several of my buddies who are cops about this and they all had no idea about the bumper regulations. Better to ask for forgiveness than permission?
