after 3 1/2 months, finally picked it up at noon on Thursday… it was on a lift at 7am yesterday morning getting the wheels put on

So my shipping date got pushed back again….. to October 18th….. but luckily, I stopped by the dealership and saw a black Rubicon 4XE that someone decided not to take, so I’m buying that one instead. Picking it up on Thursday at noon.

Does it mean the date it’s going to ship out of the factory? Or the date it’s going to arrive at the dealership? Because there’s a bunch of people on here saying their Jeep arrived at the dealership on or very close to the estimated ship date.

Need to vent right now. I ordered my Sahara 4XE on 7/14… It was supposedly done being built around 9/10 with an estimated ship date of 9/11 and “shipped to storage for shipping” on 9/14. The first ship date obviously never happened. My salesman texted me on Thursday saying the new estimated ship...

I really hope for you that your delivery date holds true... my 4XE had 9/10 date that never happened. Salesman told me on Thursday that the new date was yesterday. Gonna reach out to him in the morning to see if he has any updates. I ordered mine on 7/14

How do I start a conversation like this with them? I called customer care yesterday and all I got was vague kind of robotic answers. I would like to have my order expedited (whatever that actually means). Its been over 10 weeks..

Well... its 9/7 and still in D1.... safe to assume it won't be shipping out on 9/13..... wonderful

ordered on 7/14... salesman told me on Monday of last week that it moved to D1 with an estimated ship date of 9/11... still no build sheet or window sticker... starting to think I won't be seeing it until at least the end of the month

Can I get a step by step on exactly how you did this? I want to do it right and make sure the paint doesn't peel off. Thanks
