As a female Jeeper I agree with you. Women never wave! And it bugs the 💩 out of me. Just wave dammit!!! Of course where I live most of them are mall crawlers.
Just got back from Moab last week and did Hells Revenge in my stock Rubicon (still with 33's). I was so surprised at how capable it was to do everything!! While I bypassed the harder obstacles (mostly because of my confidence...or lack of) it was still a nail biter for me. I did get caught up...
I'm wondering if I should even bother taking it to the dealership to look at it. I'm sure if it is a "hidden egg" they probably wouldn't even say anything about that either  And how do we explain the transmission temp?
Oh trust me, I was checking the next day when we were out on the trails again. This pic is from the next day after being on a trail for about 3 hours (engine was still running).
So a few weeks ago after sitting in L.A. traffic for 4 hours and then 2 hours on a trail (at night in cold temps and in 4hi) I noticed this on my gauges when we hit our campsite and I shut the engine off. During the whole time on the trail my temps were reading normal and my cooling fan kept...
Santa was really good to Rubi this Christmas. She got a new set of LED headlights, fog lights, and fender lights from Quake to replace the crappy stock halogen lights, new cube white/amber lights and control panel. :handsinair: Oh...and my own compressor so i don't have to bum off my hubby while...
I'm in Long Beach, CA. Just filled up last night at $5.00/gallon for 91. But I've seen it as high as $5.35 for 91 by us. It's crazy out here!! When is someone going to stop this insanity!
Thanks! Any help is welcomed! Hubby doesn't have much of an imagination so I've been left on my own with this!:CWL:
She is a 2021 Firecracker Red Rubicon. No real big mods have been done yet because...well we all know the $$$ situation with these vehicles lol. So right now she's just plain jane...
I've had mine for about 2 months and still can't come up with anything. My previous car was a black Camaro that I named Nox after my black cat, but obviously can't do that now. So for now I just call her Rubi or Ol' Girl lol
Getting ready to take my new Rubi up to Monache Meadows this weekend with hubby and his friends. Can't wait to hit the trails finally! BTW...how did you handle the first rock chip, paint chip, or ding while of road? I know its going to happen, but UGH!! It just hurts when it does! 🤣
