Solid, awesome custom built off-road teardrop! Was hand built 2 years ago by the original owner in San Diego, have had it since. Zero issues, happy to let serious buyers take a look. Located in Costa Mesa in indoor storage. Head turner everywhere you go, someone will come ask you about this...
Hello all,
Just had a Clayton Offroad 2.5" Overland Plus lift with Fox 2.0 shocks and steering stabilizer put on with the alignment numbers shown in the picture below. There's a right pull thats constant and it started after I put on the 37x13.5x17 Cooper STT Pros (28-30 psi) but is about the...
Quick update - Just wanted to thank everyone for the offers to help. Work and life ended up filling my schedule pretty quickly so just had it installed at a local shop for convenience sake.
Appreciate that, don't want to get in the way of an already set project! I predict I'll be needing a good amount of guidance getting started. Fingers crossed it only takes one day. We'll see!
Sorry didnt reply - have been working the past few nights. Anyways @obwahn said he is available Monday. Looking to figure things out for then if anyone else is available then and wants to help.
Alright, looks like the lift is set to arrive tomorrow afternoon. First available day to install would be Saturday 8/28 - anyone available/interested for that? Again, would need the space and equipment to do it. I will gladly provide all food/beverages for the day! Let me know! Thanks guys.
Agreed, watched the YouTube videos and that was when I figured I would give it a shot. And would be nice to get familiar with everything under the Jeep. Thanks for the tip!
Haha that's a good start. I'm in Huntington Beach, so not far from you. As far as which kit. I've nearly narrowed it down and will order hopefully in the next day or two. Was originally set on Teraflex 3.5" but now I think Clayton 2.5" looks like a pretty solid kit. Plan on 37s as well.
This is a bit after the fact, but looking for assistance installing a lift myself - with a little help, as I am wanting to learn. Able to put me in touch with this other member?

To the point - anyone in the SoCal area that would have the knowledge, time and resources to assist and teach someone starting out how to do it right? I'm...
