I’ve been spelunking before, both in and out of water; but never in a Jeep…. Looks like a good time.

Somewhere in France:
I went to install my ham radio last night (Icom ID5100A) and wanted to follow @Captain Skip 's approach putting it behind the knee panel under the steering wheel. See photos from his install...
Have a 2021 JLUR with ~23k miles on it.
Within the last approximately 2 months I've noticed a squeaking/squealing noise from the rear of the Jeep when braking. This only happens in reverse and only when the Jeep have been sitting for hours: first thing in the morning leaving the house or...
Happened about a block away from my office. Not an insignificant fall from I-110, either; 35+ feet. Luckily everyone was OK and only minor injuries.

Just a heads up for anyone interested in getting a mounting system: Quadlock currently has 30% off their entire product line. Got my setup a few months ago and it's rock solid. Much prefer it to the other systems I've used previously.
Got the new mag charging case with their twist lock...
Starting to look around at what tires to put on after the KO2's wear out. Really liking what I am reading and hearing about the Mickey Thompson BB A/T's. Have a 2021 JLUR and figured I would have to be looking at getting new wheels as well. Would love to keep the stock Rubicon wheels and save...
I have the double ball Bulletpoint mount on the drivers side of the dash tray. Has anyone removed one of these or something similar?
I’ve seen the dental floss trick but in this particular spot that option is a bit tricky. Any other suggestions?
Thank you
Adam
Got some ARC door hangers and looking to mount them in a tight spot. Will be inside the house; not adequate space on garage walls. Be in my oldest son’s room. He’s excited for the new wall decor.
Looking to do a stacked 4x4 pattern. Think same side front and back on each row will be the...
I dropped off my 21 JLUR for (what I am assuming will be) an aux battery replacement. Have all the signs/symptoms. First time I’ve taken it in since getting it.
Just realized I forgot to unmarry and remove my Tazer. They said they “officially” couldn’t give me an appointment until 8/24, but if...
I changed the oil in both differentials today. The thread on here was very helpful in figuring out what oil to get. Used Royal Purple. 140 in rear and 90 plus a little 140 up front.
Three concerns I have:
1. When I drained the front diff. There was less than a quart that came out. 2/3 to 3/4...
That time of year: top & windows down (doors haven't come off, yet)...
Glad this is the only stowaway I've gotten (so far 🤞). Little dude's been hanging out all week. Every time I get in he's in a different spot; darts away and hides when I try and snag him. Hopefully he doesn't roast to death.
I searched the (crummy) forum search and couldn't find anything; sorry if already asked. Anyways:
I installed a HF Badland synthetic winch a couple months ago. I have not tensioned the line yet as per the manual and talking to other people and had intended not to use it until I did. Well...
I know there are a lot of different opinions on the Harbor Freight winches. I did tons of research and spoke with people with first hand experience and decided to get one and have been very happy with it.
However, I could not find many opinions or feedback for their Apex Snatch Block...
Harbor Freight has 10% (20%) off any one item, no exclusions (but in store only), through Sunday. Grabbed an Apex Badlands this evening 10 mins to closing. Last one in the store. Usually skeptical of HF stuff, but have read and heard a lot of good things about them.
This happened out on a trail today. The lower mounting bracket that attaches to the side of the Jeep seems to be OK. Where the base of the mirror that connects and allows to pull in/turn out is broken and the shell around the actual mirror MIGHT be salvageable. Think all the internals are OK...
