I have a 2021 Rubicon and the rear glass heating element looks horrible. Not sure if it's corrosion, rust, or something the dealer might have sprayed on it that he shouldn't have. Any ideas on how to gently clean heating elements? Not sure it can be cleaned at this point.

I have a 2021 Wrangler Unlimited and upon acceleration from a dead stop, I hear a slight but obvious grinding noise from the front end. Only happens from a dead stop, 1st gear only, goes away after a split second. What could it be? Seems to happen more when engine warm.
