I hate the look of those things but wonder how removing them will affect the fuel economy. We are about to take it on a 400 mile round trip and I'll get a sense of how it does.
Zero regrets on tire choice, tire size or white letters out. To me it really changes the look for the better and now if we take the kids for a little four-wheeling we aren't saddled with street tires.
Funny enough I just saw this. Tire Rack will be here Friday morning to install 265/70/18 Cooper AT3s (not XLT)! After a mountain of research I decided they were the right way to go. I'm glad to hear you're liking yours.
I'm not bothered by the gloss finishes. For me the Altitude was the most bang for the buck and this is my wife's vehicle. I like the wheels in gloss black so much that I'm having new tires installed on the wheels Friday rather than doing wheels and tires.

Yeah I got turned on to the CMX by a Cummins diesel owners group I'm in. It is ridiculously easy to apply and wipe off and seems to work well. I put it on our 2021 Kia Stinger GT a few months back and it has held up really well to car washes and the elements.
To be clear...all Willys have white letters and they look great...
For the combination of options the Altitude was the better deal for us but I do like the looks of the Willys.

We just picked up our JLU S Altitude which basically has the Sahara 18" wheels on it but in black. It's my wife's daily and we do not have interest in lifting it. I really like the wheels but hate the street tread blackwall tires.
