  1. Hardtop Removal/Storage for Garage (see pics)

Yeah, that's what I've been having to do. I felt the same way the first time I tried sliding it through from the top.
  2. Hardtop Removal/Storage for Garage (see pics)

I had a JKU and recently just got the 4xe, so new to the JL world. I didn't have this issue with my JK top, but when I lower my JL top to the ground and then go to lean it up into the storage position, my back window always seems to want to open and I have to contort myself to hold the top and...
  3. Confirmed: 4xe Rubicon (and prob Sahara too) sit approx 1" higher from factory

I have a High Altitude, and bought wheels with the following: Offset: -6mm; Backspacing: 4.7-inches I also upgraded to 35x12.50R17. The tires and wheels arrived prior to the lift I got, and I went ahead and installed them. Had no issues with rubbing whatsoever, and still had some room between...
  4. Portable EV charger

Based on his math, you’re looking at just over a mile of range. Not worth the money IMO; if you run out of gas AND battery less than a mile from a charger/station then you deserve the work of pushing for putting yourself in that position 😂
  5. Rubicon 4xe: any plans for lift and/or bigger tires?

Has anyone installed a spacer lift themselves yet? I just ordered a 2.5" spacer kit (specifically because it already comes with longer sway bar links which, as I understand it, are required for almost any lift on this model due to the extra 1" on the 4xe). Ordered a track bar also so should be...
  6. Owners show off your new 4xe!

Here‘s a thread talking about it. To the best of my understanding, all of the 4xe models have an extra inch. There’s also some threads floating around about what this means as far as lifts if you wanna do a spacer lift (i.e. even a 1.5” lift may require control arms and shock extensions).
  7. Owners show off your new 4xe!

Actually, all of the 4xe models have 1” extra from the factory over their non-hybrid counterparts, so you should have no issues with 35’s!
  8. Owners show off your new 4xe!

No rubbing when turning, also still plenty of clearance around the fenders for normal driving thanks to the extra 1" height from the factory.
  9. Owners show off your new 4xe!

Traded in my 2010 JKU Sahara for the 4xe last week. Swapped to 17” wheels and 35’s this weekend. Just gotta get a 1.5-2” lift next.
