That’s good that you got something resolved. I’m in the same boat, will have to eventually get this ticking taken care of or hope that they can atleast give some kind of extended guarantee.

If you want the most capability , there likely ain’t any factory rubicon equipment left on the Jeep.

I agree and have experienced the same result with 87 vs 91. Definitely less pinging on 91 and smoother acceleration/power overall.

I picked it up from the dealer yesterday and was told that the tech did hear the noise and is now waiting the hear back on how to proceed, so I should have a better answer sometime next week. Also the noise is mostly on the driver side area and if you know what your listening for can be heard...

Ive tried 5w30 full synthetic aswell as conventional both ms6395 approved and did not make a difference in the particular sound I’m having. The heavier weight oil did improve the overall engine noise and made it sound a little less “worn out” when it was at operating temperature though.
