Got my Willys Sport 2dr Soft top, 3.6, MT in September. Within a week, drove it from MO to nw FL and it was a nice drive. I love the crank windows. I did order it with A/C, and it was definitely worth it to keep my wife happy when she rides with me. It is fun, handles great, turns a tight...
Don't get too bent out of shape, I ordered my 2dr softtop 3.6 mt willys sport on 4/22 and finally got it 9/2. It was in D status until 10 days before delivery.
I guess some people might think its better to pay a little more and have it today, and not have to wait over 4 months like me. Just got the escalation case # last week at 100+ days and I got a ship date over a month from now, which will put it at almost 5 months... and I am just ordering a 2dr...
Just saying... after talking to my dealership, checking cryptostickers.net and reading forums for over 3 months now, 2-dr Sports are anything that is not a Rubicon or higher are on the 160 day average build time. Ordered my 2dr, MT, 3.6 Willys Sport on 4/22 and it hit D1 status for a week in...
Yes... and it hasn't found any info on the VIN or VON yet....
Update: Got an email from Cryptostickers.net yesterday 8/22/21! The window sticker has been found. It seems my dealership ordered Hydro Blue instead of Chief, that's definitely acceptable. But it shows the tires as 245/75R17...
After 8 weeks, I finally got a D1 status with a date of 7/7 at the railhead. Now I am at 12 weeks and still being told its in D status and awaiting parts. Willys Sport, soft top, A/C, 3.6, MT, with storage bag, plastic door sills and cargo tub liner, with tan interior.
I ordered my Willys Sport with AC on 4/22 and neither my VIN nor build is found on this tracker, but my dealer is showing it with D status, even though 2 weeks ago it was in D1 status.
I ordered the Chief Blue, and it's been 7 weeks and they just put my order in D1 with estimated delivery for July 7th. I don't know if it was the Chief or the Willy's Sport 2-Dr that put everything further out. Whatever the case, I will probably be getting the last of the Chief Clearcoat.
