They told me that before too, but my dealer said I was in D and the Jeep chat rep told me that my status has been the same long enough to escalate at the end of this week. However, I got the same message from Jeep chat yesterday on my JLU Willys Sport. Ordered mine 5/15.

I ordered a JLU Willys Sport manual, soft top and trailer package last weekend. Guessing the order went in 5/17. Haven't gotten VIN yet. Reached out to my salesperson today. I'm hoping being in Ohio keeps the process quick.
