I guess I was the winner of one of the stiffer Transfer Cases, so I found my way to this thread. Thanks to everyone for everyone sharing your experiences and suggestions. I've only been successful getting it back in 2H with the engine off (including rocking/rolling) 1 out of a dozen attempts...
Sorry for the slow reply. I didn't use any of the heat shield tape in the engine compartment since the existing harness I followed up from the firewall did have any on it. I only used it for the rear section that ties the taillights together that runs close to the muffler. Here's a picture...
Thanks for producing this video!!! I found it very helpful given the IKEA-like instructions that came with the kit. I did notice that at 31:10 into the video you didn't lock the red clip in the tail light harness. I hope you went back later it locked it as you mentioned you weren't done yet...
My Rubicon finally arrived at the Deal so I immediately upgraded to 35's the day after I took ownership. These 33's (285/70R17C) only have 57 miles on them. Asking $700

Dumb question, but my 2021 (on order) will be my first Jeep since my 1980's CJ. Does the tire pressure sensor come into play when doing a 5-tire rotation? Meaning it is just an idiot light or specific to the tire? Also, does the spare have a sensor? Sorry if this is a little off-topic, but I...
FWIW: I'm in the middle of the ordering process for a 2021 JL now and received quotes from both Rob and Kent and two other dealerships. For my build, Kent actually came in 3K lower than Rob, but you're required to finance through Peterson and make at least 6 payments before paying off or...
@PocketsEmptied - I'm hours/days away from completing my configuration and placing an order. I've been on the fence about the proximity key option so I've been on the Jeep website several times today finalizing my options. Were you working directly with the Dealer, or did you build your...
