Extended warranty!!!! Firs transmission failed at 42k miles. Replacement came in a week later leaking. 2 months later STILL waiting on a transmission. Get an extended warranty. Have a case the #jeepcares and nothing still

Haha amazing how fast we all can find one but the dealer is almost 2 months into looking for one

They did so we have been happy with that. I think we are at almost 3k miles on it so at least the miles are on their vehicle. They gave us a 2022 grand Cherokee but being in FL we do miss putting the top down with the fall weather

Yea I went by and looked. Lines open and dripping. Good to know about it burning off any moisture thanks for that. Now we continue to wait for the “new” 3rd transmission.

So Oct 12 our Jeep went in the shop due to hard shifts and jumping gears mainly around gears 3/4 with 42k miles. Jeep looked at it and said it was a complete failure and would require a new transmission. 1 week later a new transmission comes in and it is leaking so it’s pulled immediately. Now...

Still no eta for me. I called last week and they didn’t have any estimate as to time. I’m not sure if it was valve body related or not just that the dealership said it needed a whole new transmission.
