ASFIR has them and I along with many others have them. They are aluminum.

I tried geo brackets to correct steering issues with the TF spacer lift and while it did help some the brackets themselves are horrible for most off road situations.

Cold starts the motor def sounds like an old tractor motor clacking! Mine has done that since day one 26K on the jeep with zero issues.

Depends on several factors. Do you wheel with your jeep? Will you unhook your sway bars? What length are your shocks? If you plan to do any of those things then YES, you should change out the front drive shaft to avoid any issues.

You are correct. You could have a clearance issue possibly at the cross member or at the transfer case.

You will definitely want to unhook our sway bars and double check before going wheeling... I replaced mine due to clearance issues.
