I got a response on another forum that it is related to loose starter bolts. So sounds like you may be a victim of it.

I received a recall notice on the Mopar app for "intermittent starts". I can not find any info on this. I'll be calling the dealer tomorrow, but in meantime has anyone else got this or any idea what it means. It is not listed as a safety recall.

The backspacing is about 6in only 4 on the mopar original beadlocks. Kind of crappy that they didn't keep the same.
