I would bet whichever tax law was in effect at time of purchase would be the one that would apply to you. Good thing you got your 4xe already. I bet there are a lot of high earners who may have been on the fence about getting one, all of a sudden jumping to buy one before the new tax law goes...
I tried searching for this answer and didn’t find it in this forum so thought I’d pose the question here. I had originally kept one of my trip meters untouched from when I took delivery of my 4xe, so that I can keep track of how much of my total driving mileage was using either the ICE or...
I 100% agree. I switch in and out of E-Save and Hybrid modes all the time. E-Save for high speed freeway driving and Hybrid/Electric for stop & go and city driving. If the efficiency gauge is accurate, I’m pretty sure I’m getting 25+ mpg even on the freeway.
Here are my reasons, in no particular order:
Tax credit. - I leased mine and got to apply the tax credit as cap reduction. I'm paying less than $300/mo which is way less than what my monthly would've been for finance. I'm probably going to end up purchasing at the end, so this may not end up...
I’ll second the recommendation for ChargePoint. We haven’t had any issues with it and the app works really well to control your home charger as well as looking for public chargers when you’re out and about. I live in CA and the incentives covered more than half the cost for the charger and...
I’m pleasantly surprised to hear that it performs well. I haven’t had a chance to test them out yet, but just by looking at them, those Sahara tires don’t give you a lot of confidence that they’d do well in snow or mud
I used to enjoy those moments as well until I came out of a store one day and saw this guy on an electric motorcycle pull up next to the passenger side of my parked Jeep. I pointed to my Jeep and yelled (he was wearing a helmet) if he needed to charge his bike. He saw me and just sped off out of...
I’m curious to find that out as well. How about if it’s not in the same year? Are there any limits on how many time a single household can get the tax credit?
In LA, they're offering a $209/mo lease offer. No dealer would honor the previous offer of $249/mo, so I can't imagine anyone's getting this one either.
