Interesting. I have the same problem this morning and decided to search for answers while I’m waiting for the Dr. We had such a big wildflower bloom this spring that I’m betting the cabin filters are clogged w/pollen.

It's on the left side of the passenger footwell... look for the electrical tape holding it up.

I had previously removed the dash panel to install a leather dash, so it was easy. ;) The first time is scary. Watch the first 5 mins of this video and do what they do (use tape, plastic tools, and PULL don't pry)...

I don't.... it doesn't show up under System Information. :( FWIW, My Jeep was built in May 2021, and the uconnect website says my "VEHICLE IS UP TO DATE." I would be a little leery of ppl saying an update fixed the issue. I drove my Jeep ~500 miles before the issue popped up.

The upper spring isolator (factory OEM part) is wedge shaped to bow the spring out towards the tire. It has two nubs on top to properly orient it to the two holes I'm pointing to with my pinky and index fingers.... If the isolators are properly installed, you will see/feel the nubs in these...

I velcroed mine to the side of the console. It has been rock solid ( 🤞🤞... I've only had my Jeep for a month).

I budgeted $10K $12K $14K $16K $18K for my mods. I've already spent $13K+ on mods not counting little stuff and labor. So I'm already $82K+ onto the JLURD w/another $4.8K yet to spend. :facepalm:

These little pliers made removing the two cables remarkably easy... That said, I will probably go ahead and buy the SGW Extension Cable so I don't have to go back under the dash to unplug.

I picked up my custom order JLURD two days ago w/21 miles on it. It had been to the body vendor and was STUFFED w/dual door paraphernalia so I doubt there were any joy rides.

It sounded like it was unloaded in the last 24 hours. I didn't get an update from my dealer last weekend so I'm not sure where it was then. I called him Tuesday and it was in New Mexico but not moving. ETA to the dealer at that time was 7/7.
