I posted this in another thread:
DIE-TECH Off-Road Mirror Brackets for Jeep Wrangler JL & JL Unlimited
These work great (had them on my old JK)...no vibration or extra wind noise what so ever...and they maintain the factory look. Unfortunately you can't use the JK brackets on the JL.
They...
I'm going to keep my stock Firestone Destination M/T2 tires until they need replacing but if I had to replace them today, I think I would go with these (no lift or spacers) to see how they look:
For seatbelt silencers, I installed these and they work great. I also like the velcro flag you can add or not.

Do you have link to the factory length black antenna from Antenna X? I could not find this on their website.
Has anybody found a black version of the OEM antenna? Not looking to shorten and possibly lose radio reception just looking to change color from silver to black.
I gotta say I really like the way the Firestone MT2 255/75/17 look on my Willys. Especially the OWL combination with Bright White and the look/proportion of this tire size in my wheel well. I had a guy stop dead in his tracks in a parking lot to walk over to tell me how much he loved the look...
I'm confused...I see larger tire sizes available for the MT/2s including the size you switched to...315/70R17. Do you mean no larger sizes available in Load Range C (as the larger sizes available are all Load Range E)?
My 2021 JL delivered in March has them. They are listed on my window sticker under: Optional Equipment/Customer Preferred Package 25W/All-Weather Floor Mats by Mopar
When I bought my JK, I pre-sold the tires on Craigslist (pending delivery of my Jeep) and had the guy meet me at the dealership when my Jeep came in. I had my new replacement tires shipped to the dealership and arranged with the dealer to swap out the tires as part of the deal.
Worked out...
Yes it does get easier but I prefer the previous zipper style for easier storage in the jeep. With the new version, I've been leaving my windows at home.
Since I only put 4 - 5K miles per year on my Jeep, I change the oil based on time (every six months).
Given the horror stories on here about dealerships overfilling the oil (adding 6 quarts vs 5), I started doing my own oil changes again and will forego my Jeep Wave free changes. I have the...
Haha...I'm actually one of those people! However, the 285/70/17 size looks like it could be "just right" for me.
I also like the way the OWLs go with my Bright White Willys.
Sorry I should have specifically asked why they bypassed Firestone branded 285/70/17 in my OP. I am aware that there are other brands this size available in load C.
I will edit my OP
