As far as drone I definitely notice it. I also think its going in and out of 4cyl mode more than the dash displays. Sounds exactly like my powerwagon does with exhaust when its in 4cyl mode...

When in manual mode it locks the gear selected on mine, doesnt act the same way say on my powerwagon where manual mode sets the highest gear. So makes it kinda useless unless your going to manual shift all the time to defeat 4cl mode. Are you saying yours behaves different?

They are not offering to put covers on them or to paint black. If I am going to have them painted, I wanted to see what black would look like. The contrast wouldnt require any blending. Anytime you touch a factory panel it will never be the same or as durable.

Just the hinges. They said they will not match the door and you will notoce it unless they blend in the doors. I didnt believe them so went to an auto body shop and they said the same thing. Crazy if you ask me.

My 392 came in but two of the hinges were damaged.. to get them fixed correctly they would need to repaint the entire door and blend into the center pillar etc... not real happy about it.. so anyway maybe just painting the hinges black would be good. Anyone have pics? Ideally with painted roof...
