I have a ā22 4xe rubi and have nearly 35,000 miles. I have a very inconsistent commute as I travel between work locations statewide (MD), some I can do on full electric, some greater than 100 miles one way. I also have 4 kids who need running back and forth to school and extracurricular...
Interesting idea, like many others have said, Iād be interested pending some further details. I have a couple kids and they donāt really feel comfortable driving at any speed with the doors off so half doors is the middle of the road option. Iāve looked at multiple trail doors, tube doors, etc...
I rolled my rear window up today for the first time, not sure itās the best thing to do to the stiff green edge attachments strips on the window. Looks nice once itās rolled up, helps to give the old school zipper top Jeep look. It provided some decent airflow in the back as well. That thick...
I agree, I have the same Rubi 4xe. Iām finding that driving style greatly impacts how quickly you burn through the pure electric power and as Iāve learned how to drive the car Iām able to maximize the PHEV aspect. I can usually keep my average MPG between 25-30 and I do a fair amount of driving...
In town for vacation anyway, staying at the KOA in PF, defiantly gonna stop by and check it out. Sadly, did t bring the 4xe down, pulled the camper with the Grand Cherokee L
I have GPCA grab handles as well, definitely recommend them. I also have the cargo cover which is great for being able to hide things in the rear from wandering eyes. Itās not secure as itās only fabric but definitely a deterrent.
I also recommend the GPCA Grab Handles. They use a metal d ring as the grab handle so itās a much more secure object to grab instead of the nylon paracord ones out there.
I have a GPCA Cargo Cover Pro. I had one in my previous JKU and bought a new one for my 4xe. I have a soft top but I know they can be used with a hard top as well. Iāve been happy with it overall. It is NOT anything that will lock or secure items, it is merely a deterrent to hide things from...
I added in a red 4xe sticker on the hood to fill in where body color shown through. I have a Sting-Gray and I liked the pop of red.
I also put blue stickers into the 4xe on the rear seats at the battery panel cover. Again, just to give a little pop with doors off. I got them both from Motorsport...
I loved red but couldnāt find one for the life of me (dealers said wasnāt popular so they didnāt order any) and was too impatient to wait for the order time. Wife or kids didnāt like the red/blue combo much but really liked Sting-Gray and blue so we went with that one. I think the blue accents...
I have a soft cover from GPCA. It covers the cargo area and provides that out of sight, out of mind protection you mentioned. Being a soft cover it does not provide any true physical security, merely a preventative measure but it does fit snuggly at the edges of the Jeep so nothing under the...
