So mystery has been solved. the longer LCA's are in and the caster actually measured at a new place, put the jeep at 5.8. right pull was still there.
went to a fantastic guy here in texas.... longer lca's in place but not adjustable UCA's. the improvement is felt and caster now slightly above...

that says it all. Jeep, FCA or whatever they call themselves are a joke. There is nothing short of ongoing quality issues on these things and while for most it’s a passionI just can’t wrap my mind around them. It’s just beyond belief that to get a basic service done this has to be escalated to...
yes they replaced the LCA’s. Got them with me. I’m about to get under the rig to check if actuallyI got the standard ones by mistake from the online shop. I just can’t make sense of it other than this being the reason, assuming there is no way to mount these arms incorrectly.
I got the old ones...
thanks for the comments. i wonder if the caster did not change with tires size - which i was truly wondering based on the suspension geometry, i find odd that my caster barely moved with the longer mopar LCA's.....
thats what i thought - no camber adjustment in a solid axle no? but bloody hell, stock wheels and suspension, my camber was ay -0.6 left and -0.2 right
once i installed 35' tires and now the longer LCA from mopar, the camber on the left is now 0 and on the right is now -1.
meanwhile the caster...
got the new arms installed today.
jlurd - stock suspension
stock wheels/tires - caster 5.2 both sides
upgraded to 35's and -6offset 17 wheels - didnt measure caster
upgraded to the longer mopar LCA's - caster 5.4 left, 5.2 right
my understanding is that there is no adjustment to be done on...
whats the recommended toe on 35's? im reading things comments are all over the place. after the no success with the mopar 2" lift lca's im heading to adjustable ones. but who knows, maybe the toe adjustment is off. shop set it up to 0.10 both sides.
plus now.... i was at 5.2 caster on both...
man, i was at 5.2 caster on both wheels with stock everything. then i got the venomrex wheels and dick cepek 35 12.5 17 tires. the right pull that was there all stock on my JLURD was on steroids.
today i missed the chance to measure the before caster. but they swaped my lca's with the mopar 2"...

my stock JLURD was pulling to the right pretty bad on highway speeds. Caster measured at 5.2
installed 35’s on my rig this week and that right pull is on steroids now.
Im not lifting it, but can only assume the extra tire height is of course making it worst.
mim installing the mopar lift...
I haven’t. Dealership insists it’s normal behavior. Jeep cares repeats the dealer. I’m now about to start taking the matter on my own hands.
Likely with the steering stabilizer replacement and the mopar 2” lift kit LCA’s - and see what’s next
what was the issue related to your Jeep? I have been in touch with them but with the dealer stating this is normal and within alignment specs, I have not been able to get much done at this point from them. Very early stages, brand new rig - frustrated more than anything.
