Im not sure that they have never been pulled on, but from the looks of them I doubt it. The bumper was used when I got it.
There is some scuffing to the top of one hook.
I have a 2011 with 12k miles. No problems with the clutch. I didn't love it at first, there isn't a whole lot of feel and it was pretty stiff at first, but after a year it's grown on me. The shifter is great, I really like the way it feels.
Gearing is ok, but it's pretty tall. I wish I could...
I installed the Kenwood's in the dash and in the sport bar. I'm no audiophile, but I can at least hear the music playing over the road noise, which wasn't always the case with the stock speakers.
I asked for it to be done, but it wasn't and I wasn't up for the hassle that day.
I did have them do it with the first tire rotation, and I am really liking how it looks, though I had grown accustomed to the white lettering.
I don't own a Tazr, but have contemplated it. I see people talking about unmarrying before taking it to the dealer, but had been under the impression it was too not violate the warranty or something.

It's a convertible that seats five. The only convertible that seats five. (Until the bronco arrives.)
Granted, "has three kids and wants a convertible" isn't a very large demographic.
The velcro straps are to secure the top when you put it down. You wrap them around the frame to stop it bouncing around. The elastic straps snap in to the soft top above the rear window and you can roll the window up and use them to secure it somehow. The other things I have no clue.
