Does the floating axle increase the towing capability of the vehicle in any way ?

It's a bit of a stretch to call the 2022 a "pig" 😀 ! Been very happy with it but that's not to say it couldn't be better. For example I wish they could have made the hardware of the infotainment system support a future upgrade to the UConnect 5 version via a software upgrade.

Hey guys, I know a lot of folks are on the fence w.r.t. the upgrades that the 2024 model year mid-cycle refresh brought about, but I think some of them make a ot of sense and I am particularly interested in a few that I believe can be retrofitted on to my 2022 Rubicon 4xe. It's been a while and I wanted to resurrent this thread to post an update on the resolution and my apologies for the delay in posting the same ( was out of the country to deal with a health emergency concerning my dad and just getting back state side after almost 4 months. Dad's stable now)...

I have the Rhino Rack Pioneer with the RLT600 legs (higher profile rack) and when driving on gas only mode I have seen a significant drop in efficiency since installing the roof rack. I used to averge between 23 mpg with Max Regen turned off and my average is now down to 19.5 mpg.

The 12V battery is a brand new Odyssey Group 94R H7 battery that I purchased from NAPAless than 2 months ago. Looks like it was a bad battery and need to hit them up for a refund.
