I found the issue--although I tightened finger tight and then with a torque wrench to 18.5lbs the filter was not seated. Torqued it further and that eliminated the issue.
I have re-seated the oil filter and oil pressure is normal while driving but if I turn the engine off and restart it goes back to low oil pressure! I even replaced the new oil filter with another new oil filter and have the same issue

So other than gear ratio I have the same axles as a Rubicon? Also, how can you tell if you have limited-slip? Sorry, I'm a newbie
I have a 2020 Wrangler Willys with the 3.0 Diesel. How can I determine what axles I have. I want to do gear oil changes on it.

this is a pic of the area where the block heater should be. I dont see the brass plug. It looks like the silver thing is plugged into the block in that location but I cannot find the other end of it
