Any updates on the 4xe Rubicon kits?

I moved it to under the front passenger seat carpet. I removed all trim from around the battery & their is no room for the control box. Another spot I forgot to look is under the center counsel.

I spoke with Rock Slide & they said someone already installed one with no problems & I wont be the first. I was just wondering how I was going to run the wire harness since we don't have a open space under the back seat to easily lay the harness. You need a creative installer.

I have not seen that in my investigation of the battery.

it looks like 3 bolts on the front & 5 bolts in the back. It looks pretty easy just bulky.

no there is about a 7" hump.

Just thought some of you would like to see the battery with the trim covers removed. I'm getting ready to install Rock Slide Engineering step sliders & planning out my wire harness routing looks like plenty of room. Back. Back trim cover. Pull up to remove. Right side. Right side. Right...

I used a ratchet strap to help line it up.

Traded in the Jk rubicon recon for a rubicon 4xe loving it. I was getting 16 mpg from the Jk. Getting 31.5 with 900 miles on the 4xe mostly city driving. Using a Grizzl-e level 2 charger it’s working great.

I installed a 100 amp panel in the garage for 2 chargers. The charger I’m using is grizzl-e classic with a 24’ cord. It’s working great.

It was an option when I ordered my 4xe 5jan21. I did not check that box.
