These 392 are fun but dang the MPG REALLY suck, everyone knew it would not be good but it's REALLY bad... I have seen 40' RVs with bigger engines get better MPG. Has anyone tried hooking up one of those Pedal Comanders to a 392 ? There are lots of times when you don't give a xxxx about the MPGs...

I was getting pretty bad MPG on 35's so had the gearing changed out to 4:88 by Off Road Warehouse, they also did the computer mods for me. But now I am getting even worse MGP around 8-9... sometimes the thing is in 7th doing 40mph... I am wondering what the best shift RPMs are for maximium...

Has anyone mounted a dual ARB compressor in a 392? I wonder if there is sufficient room under the Brake Master Cylinder to mount it with one of those brackets.... Any other ideas where to mount it in a 392 ? Many Thanks

Did you put a deposit down ? Did you get the offer in writing even if it is just an email confirmation of the terms? If you have not changed the deal you can sue them... I would and will if my dealer trys any such thing.
