My dealer just told me it arrived at the dealership today. I made arrangements to pick it up on Tuesday. Will post pics if he sends them over the weekend. Big week coming up for a few of us!
The build sheet shows up when it enters production. The window sticker doesn't show up until the factory releases it for shipping. For me, that was 3 weeks, but I ordered a manual during the recall, which probably accounted for some of my delay.
Thanks a lot! This looks great - a lot like what I bought but without the need to splice. I have no problem doing the splicing, but I worry about warranty. This should avoid that (easy to put things back the way they were). Did you consider the MOPAR one? Are there any features the MOPAR...
I ordered the Roadmaster diode wiring, but considering to return it and order the MOPAR wiring so I don't have to splice anything. I'm still waiting for my Jeep to arrive. Does anyone know the correct part number and/or a good place to buy this for the 2021 JLU? I've seen a few different part...
I have a question about the wiring kits.
I ordered a full set of flat tow gear from etrailer (went over it with their customer service team - who is very responsive), including a Roadmaster universal diode wiring kit and separate charge line (total about $100). I see a lot of folks here saying...
Mine was the same way, it turned green the same day that I got the udpate from Jeep chat that it is in transit. That message is really annoying. I sometimes had better checking from my laptop on the website. If you're in transit - most likely its already done and you'll be good to take it...
From the Jeep App, if you click the wrench icon on the bottom - you will see something in the "Safety Recalls" section. You should see one of 3 things:
1 - Red "Incomplete"
2 - Green "Complete"
3 - Or at the top of the screen
"Sorry, we care unable to contact the recall server at this time"...
It finally shipped. Window sticker is up and recall is marked complete. Just waiting for it to arrive at the dealership and see if I can remember how to use a clutch pedal! Starting to get excited now. Guess I should finally start ordering some of the parts I've been drooling over.
My Jeep with MT (ordered 1/12) was just released for shipping today after sitting in some vague quality inspection status for 2 weeks. Recall still shows as incomplete, and no window sticker yet, but I'm really hoping this means I'll be driving it sometime in March.
Mine is similar - 4 door red manual. I ordered on 1/12, and sitting in "Waiting for quality inspection" for a few weeks. Several folks with manuals have seen theirs shipped already, so hopefully its not too much longer.
My Jeep has been sitting in "built and waiting for quality inspection" for 2 weeks now according to Jeep Chat (just checked again today). At first I assumed it was because I ordered a Manual, but seeing as all the manuals are all shipping now, that doesn't seem to explain it anymore. Has...
This doesn't provide a huge revelation, but here is a small update.
My Jeep was built about a week ago (ordered mid-Jan). I checked the Jeep app today. Previously it showed my VIN having no recall. Now the recall is showing up with the same message others indicated above about parts being...
