  1. EU Jeep Dismantlers? (LHD Drivers seat base wanted)

Hi Hakan, It's a good idea, however I have now just ordered the lift blocks from ohio diesel, so I'll see how they are. Anyway, I think I would probably struggle to get a RH seat base for you , Jeeps are pretty rare in the UK and finding one that being dismantled would be tricky and...
  2. Jeeps in Snow... post pics.

Very tame snow compared to some photos on here, but quite fun nonetheless..
  3. EU Jeep Dismantlers? (LHD Drivers seat base wanted)

Hello All, I've had my new JLUR for a few weeks now and unfortunately my young son isn't too keen to ride in the front due to the low seat / high dash and limited visiblity. I have seen some discussion on here amongst our US friends on this subject and installing the seat height adjustment parts...
  4. Rubbish MPG

 Oh well then, just have to live with it!
  5. Major Improvements

Found the thread - https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/parts-list-for-parking-sensor-mounting.49149/#post-1324224 Thanks for that.
  6. Major Improvements

Sounds good, I don't suppose you have a link? :)
  7. Rubbish MPG

I just got my 2.0t Rubicon a few weeks ago but I was hoping it was going to be better on fuel. I, like you, am only getting approx 20mpg. It only has a few hundered miles on it so I'm hoping that it will improve slightly as the miles go up and it loosens off a bit.
  8. Major Improvements

Did anyone find a way to eliminate the erratic outer sensor issue with this bumper? I've now received one, however I've yet to install it and it would be good to have a solution before I start the install.
  9. Anybody in Europe/UK pursued this? (TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel"))

Good news, yes, please keep us posted.
  10. Buying a brand new US plastic rubicon bumper - how?

I gave up looking and bought one of the Rubicon steel rip-off bumpers from ebay. By the time you take carraige and import duty into account theres probably not much in it, unless the take-off bumper is really cheap. I don't even have the Jeep yet.😀
  11. Anybody in Europe/UK pursued this? (TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel"))

So your dealer has obviously agreed that the TSB is applicable to the UK vehicles. Do you have the p/n of the new parts? I wonder if getting @JeepCares involved with this would encourage Jeep UK to improve their service, as by my above experience, they’re not interested.
  12. Anybody in Europe/UK pursued this? (TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel"))

Response from Jeep UK when asked if this TSB would be rolled out in the UK. “Thank you for your email. Further to your enquiry, we would like to inform you that vehicles manufactured for different Countries may fit different components. Furthermore, we are regrettably unable to provide or...
  13. Anybody in Europe/UK pursued this? (TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel"))

Just for anyone who is interested, I am currently in discussion with Jeep UK regarding this TSB and they seem to have no knowledge of it! " we would like to inform you that regrettably we are not able to confirm what vehicles or repairs would be part of a future recall campaign. " I've sent him...
  14. Anybody in Europe/UK pursued this? (TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel"))

Thanks Chris, unfortunatly a test drive is not possible due to the current lockdown, also, I'm away from home working at the moment and I won't be home for another couple of weeks and I don't really want to miss out on the vehicle. I think I'll take the chance. I have seen a clip on youtube...
  15. Anybody in Europe/UK pursued this? (TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel"))

Hello All, First post! I'm very, very close to pulling the trigger on a 2020 Rubicon. However all this chat about steering issues has given me the fear. I did bring it up with the dealer, but as usual with dealers, and as to be expected he fobbed me off and seemed ignorant to the whole issue...
