Quick update. PAC recommended that i replace the amppro and that it might be defective. Did that today and same result. so its either source or the amp.

Wish I could bring it to you to check out! Ha. Not familiar with gain mismatch ? I did the install. Was fairly simple - I've been doing my own for easily 20 years and this is the first time I've ever had a problem like this. I'll see if I can find someone local to dig in to this issue for me.

All, I've been reading this thread for a while. I have a question about the PAC route. If I go this route, do I need to run speaker wire to each speaker I want to power with my 5ch? Or does the harness handle that for me?; Looking at the idatalink maestro also, which may be my solution but...
