Wondering if anyone found a BSM solution. Mine does work but not the same as stock. The angle of the sensor is definitely more towards the back and less on the side. Only activates when’s car is much closer towards the rear.

I tried activation of all antennas as well as just the rear. Same results. If I grab the handle the light flashes but does not unload and if I push the button in the handle remote flashes but not lock.

Hi Benny, Thanks - I did get it programmed - tried the Taser & JSCAN - seemed to work in both cases and I have the prox entry option turned on and visible from the radio. It does seem to work in that if I turn it off I no longer get the flashes on the remote.

If anyone has done this and ran into my issue I am still not able to use the prox entry. I have checked all the wires etc and the parts. I get a flash on the remote when I try to open the door or push the button just does not lock or unlock. I only did the tailgate

Very interested in this thread, any details you can share as to where to hook into the 48v battery would be great. From what you mentioned the 48v can be accessed from under the seat? Just trying to figure out an easy way to wire in a converter

I have tried it with just the rear on and with all the doors on with the same result, I had not tried just one of the front doors, I can give that one a try and see if it helps.

Interested to see how you resolve this as I have installed the rear and using Tazer or Jscan cannot get anything to work. I get the red flash on the key fob but no lock or unlock. Months of frustrations have tried everything and am open to any suggestions.

I re-checked all the connections and they seem good. I am back to square one. Since I get the key fob to flash I wonder if there is any way to re-set the security module in some way. I have disconnected the battery for 30min to see if that helped, no joy. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'll take a look again but in this case, I have only done the tailgate as a test before I did both doors I'll check the main harness on both sides. I have never really done anything on the driver's side but I did install the Aux switches which required working on the passenger side harness maybe...

Removed the caps and played with the magnets, it sees mine are correctly installed as when flipped I do not get the flash on the key fob, but in either case still not lock or unlock - open to any other suggestions as this one is driving me nuts

Thanks - have checked all the pins and they seem good, As for the caps mine seemed older than the ones with issues and I tired 2 different ones. If the magnet was wrong would I get the flash on the Key fob when I pressed the button or grabbed the handle?

Great seeing all the success stories. Anyone have issues where after installing you get a key fob flash but no lock or unlock. I only did the tailgate but have been success with just the tailgate
