a few things I have tried when this has happened to mine is rebooting the radio, or reseating Fuse 19 in the fuse box. *note reseating fuse will remove the rear cam icon in the apps for a min of 30 min, but the cam still functions while putting ni Reverse.

Compared to whats above i did something really simple, Installed the Z automotive Front cam.
