My thoughts it’s more then a favorite issue.. reboots freezes screen unresponsive screen it’s the Uconnect software period that’s junk

Reboots freezing apps disappear reappear favorites there sometimes I think we all need to agree these over the air updates aint the final fix as I was told the big final fix will be not over the air.. this situation just plain sucks and with no real end in site…

Sent them an email three days ago like WTF is going on .. no response yet

Talked to Uconnect support yesterday they still have no definitive date on the software upgrade she said they are trying to get everyone up to date on the latest version wise before this fix update which made no sense to me and yes it’s distracting annoying and terrible losing functionality of...

The only thing is the software update from Uconnect and believe me they are aware and have sent bulletins to the dealers only recently... let’s hope it’s going to be soon

IMHO the real fix for screen freezing and favorites will be through a dealer software upgrade.

The freezing thing bothers me more as once the battery had to be disconnected to fix it

Yup that’s what I told the dealer they even agreed

Well it seems after a hard disconnect the battery it takes a while for all the settings to come back LOL now all works till the next freeze this update can’t come soon enough.

When I talked to the Uconnect people their main fix was the freezing screen the favorites was also a fix they were going to try fix with the same update we will see

I had mine go where buttons didn’t work like very slow even unresponsive they disconnected the battery and the software level we’ve back to basics missing functions it had before LOL so now I’m bringing it back today to fix that ... reload software? New radio now? Who knows will see later

Was there today for something else asked they had no idea took the issues like a problem LOL
