    Something maybe like a thin piece of rubber, cut to fit of course. Thin like bicycle tire tube thin. Then perhaps a bead of silicone to seal it in? Thoughts for your engineer types out there??

    Talked with my mechanic. In VA, Halo lights will not pass state inspection. OK fine. I took the plunge and upgraded to Jeep OEM LED headlights and fog lights. They have been ordered and should be here in a couple of weeks. Not in stock because so many upgrades happening.

    How about some type of gasket, composit, rubber, something, between the hinge and the door, and some aircraft quality aluminum bolts. Thoughts?
