Having a hard time finding a good spot to off-road near Sevierville, TN. Any sugggestions?

Hey everyone, trying to decide between 35s and 37s. I have a 2.5” spacer lift. Question- would 37s fit? Would I need to regear or mod other things? if going 37s will cause me to need to spend additional money, I will go with 35s. Thanks.
