All SS3s are SAE compliant so there is no issue with legality. MAX have smarter cutoff so eventho there is more output its concentrated in a legal beam pattern.
Regardless, the DD SS3 fogs (Sport, Pro, MAX) are all good options.

The wheel in the picture is not the Launch Edition wheel. That's the standard wheel that comes with the Rubicon trim. The LE wheels are black with a red Jeep on it and look similar to the Willy's wheel.
