BF Goodrich AT is the standard default tire and it is black side walls (BSW). You can chose as an option at no additional cost the same tire in outlined white letters (OWL). The MT tire is also an option at no additional cost and it is a BSW Falken Wildpeak tire.

Correct - Top and Bottom are BF Goodrich AT's. BSW mean Black Sidewall and OWL means Outlined White Letters. Top and Bottom are the same tire except top is BSW and bottom is OWL. Middle is Falken Wildpeak MT's BSW.
