For those of us that have regeared and un marry a tazer before taking into the dealer, wouldn’t the jeep go into limp mode thinking it has 4.10?? Mines got 5.13’s
looking forward to your thoughts on the 4.88 as i can’t decide on 4.88 or 5.13. I have a similar setup with a 2020 JLUR recon, 2.0L etorque with 37” trail grapplers and lots of steel as well..
According to the gentleman from Mopar accessories that I talked to this morning the only difference between the AD and AE Version is a distributor change.. that both of these kits have all the same spec parts.
My AD version has Rock guards only in the rear. From checking online the AE version has them only in the rear as well. Would be nice if someone’s with the AE version can confirm
Yup installed by the dealer a few days ago. I called to ask and they say it’s the same And don’t know of any differences between AD and AE. There has to be a reason why Mopar change the designation. Maybe I’ll have to call directly to their 1(800) number on Monday
I kept the stock parts and box and noticed the part number on the box ends in AD. My receipt shows i paid and ordered an AE version. Anyone know the differences between AD and AE?
Newbie question here, a “track bar relocation” bracket is needed if your using an oem track bar or is it also required with a adjustable track bar?
my Mopar kit was the AE version
Happy new year everybody! Decided to just go ahead with the nitto trail grapplers. A beast of a tire and probably the heaviest but I figured why not for not being a daily driver. Mopar lift going in next week. Thanks for everyone’s input..
i think eventually once funds allow I will plan to re-gear the jeep. Not decided if 4.88 or 5.13 would be best for me but was hoping the 4.10 with the 8 speed would suffice for the time being.
Hello everyone. Merry xmas. First time jeep owner here. I have a 2020 JLUR “recon” edition with the 2.0l e-torque. I’m having the Mopar 2 inch lift installed by the dealer next week. I off-road any chance I can get on the weekends mostly desert/sand trails here in Las Vegas Nevada(rarely mud)...
I purchased the 8y/100k mile extended warranty but then cancelled it shortly after I read the fine print under what modifications would void my warranty such as oversized/undersized tires! Who doesn’t want to at least throw 35’s on their jeep!? Let’s say my power train or transmission starts...
